I view the small employer as being an employer with but 100 employees and, more generally, with but 50 employees. For the tiny employer, the critical reasons are primarily non-financial in nature. For a variety of reasons, I feel many small employers are going to be very hard-pressed to ascertain health-related savings generated by a worksite wellness program.
Like all employers, the tiny employer should view worksite wellness as an investment in their employees and their business. This is often an investment that will undoubtedly pay off in any number of various ways.

As an employer, you would like to be seen as being an excellent place to figure. This pays off both with employees and the way you’ve got viewed within the larger community. There’s no better source of publicity and marketing for your business than having employees talking about how great an area it’s to figure.
